Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Birmingham is recruiting a Senior Project Manager for a landmark commercial redevelopment. You will be the on-site senior right-hand to the Project Director, delivering complex cut-and-carve works, refurbishment and high-spec office fit-out.

You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, drive programme performance and maintain the highest safety and quality standards. This is a permanent, full-time role with a competitive package.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering major construction projects for a Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong leadership of large site teams and multiple subcontractor packages.
• Excellent programme management, problem-solving and stakeholder skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate site teams to deliver on time, budget and quality.
• Coordinate day-to-day site operations and interfaces across trades and consultants.
• Drive programme performance and implement mitigation for delays.
• Ensure HSE standards, QA and environmental compliance on site.
• Support Commissioning, snagging and handover activities.
