Job summary

Niyaa People is partnering with a leading social housing contractor in Sheffield to recruit a Senior Project Manager. You will oversee multiple retrofit and capital works projects, manage site teams, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining safety and quality.

Ideal candidates will have CSCS and SMSTS, a Level 4 qualification (NVQ4 or HNC), and a full driving licence. Car allowance or company car, discretionary bonus up to 10%, and generous leave are on offer.

Qualifications

• SMSTS certification required.
• Level 4 qualification (NVQ4 or HNC) is required.
• CSCS card and First Aid at Work certification are essential.

Responsibilities

• Managing social housing retrofit and capital works programmes.
• Leading Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Customer Liaison Officers.
• Coordinating programmes, labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Monitoring budgets, costs, quality and project progress.
• Ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation.
• Managing risks and minimising disruption to residents.
• Providing progress reports and updates to clients.
• Building strong relationships with clients and the supply chain.
