Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking a Site Manager to lead social housing refurbishment projects in the Barnsley area. You will manage site teams, tenant liaison officers and subcontractors to keep works on schedule and maintain quality across Kitchens & Bathrooms, EWI, windows/doors, repairs and roofing.

The role requires a UK driving licence, CSCS card and First Aid at work, with travel between sites and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
• Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
• Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley.
• Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
