Job summary

Fawkes & Reece is seeking an experienced site operations professional to lead a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors on social housing projects.

The role involves travelling between sites, reporting progress to the senior team, and focusing on a 20-mile radius from Barnsley, delivering works such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing. The position offers progression opportunities within a leading Tier 1 contractor.

Qualifications

• UK Driving Licence is required.
• CSCS Card is required.
• First Aid at work certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
• Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting the progress of projects.
• Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley.
• Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
