Job summary

Tier 1 contractor is seeking a Site Manager with social housing refurbishment experience to lead site teams across projects within a 20-mile radius of Barnsley. You will overseeTenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors, ensuring works progress and compliance on schemes including kitchens, bathrooms, EWI, windows/doors, and roofing.

The role requires a UK driving licence, CSCS card, and First Aid at Work. Travel between sites is a key part of the role, with opportunities for progression within a

Qualifications

• Social Housing refurbishment, decent homes, retrofit, decarbonisation, responsive repairs, maintenance experience.
• UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card required.
• First Aid at work.

Responsibilities

• Managing a team of Site Managers, Tenant Liaison Officers and subcontractors to ensure the works run smoothly.
• Travelling to and from sites whilst communicating with the senior team and reporting progress.
• Primarily surveying a radius of 20 miles from Barnsley.
• Working on Social Housing schemes such as Kitchen & Bathrooms, EWI, Windows & Doors, Repairs & Maintenance and Roofing.
