Job summary

Time Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Industrial & Logistics Construction. You will own high-value live projects (£5m-£10m) across the UK, including Amazon warehouses, coordinating planning, sequencing and delivery in live environments.

You will lead multiple projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure safety, quality and commercial objectives while working in a hybrid model with site days and one day remote work.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading industrial/logistics/warehouse projects.
• Strong planning, programming and phasing abilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• comfortable producing project reports and programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple live projects (£5m-£10m) from planning to delivery.
• Coordinate with Operations to manage live environments.
• Deliver steel frame construction and fit-out packages.
• Ensure projects meet programme, safety, quality and commercial objectives.
• Work across London, Kent, Birmingham and Bristol with flexible location.
• Balance on-site (3–4 days) and remote work (1 day).

Senior Project Manager Industrial & Logistics Construction£75,000 - £80,000 + £5,000 Car Allowance + Bonus + Healthcare + Overnight Allowance

Ready to take ownership of £5m-£10m live industrial projects for one of the world's most recognised brands?

If you're an experienced Project Manager with a background in Industrial, Logistics or Warehouse Construction, and you're looking for a role where you'll lead high-value, live environment projects from planning through to delivery, this could be the next step in your career.

We're expanding our team to support a major programme of works across the UK, including projects within existing Amazon Warehouses and other live operational environments. With 9 projects already secured for next year, you'll be joining a well-established team delivering complex schemes valued between £5m and £10m.

The Role

You’ll take responsibility for multiple projects simultaneously, with a particular focus on:

• Project Planning & Programming
• Live Phasing & Sequencing of Works
• Managing projects valued between £5m - £10m
• Working closely with the Operations Team to coordinate live environments
• Delivering Steel Frame Construction and specialist Fit-Out Packages
• Managing projects within operational warehouse and logistics facilities
• Ensuring project delivery meets programme, safety, quality and commercial objectives

Projects are primarily located throughout London, Kent, Birmingham and Bristol, although candidate location is flexible. The role will typically involve 3-4 days on site and 1 day working from home, with very little requirement to attend a regional office.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a Project Manager
• Background delivering Industrial, Logistics or Warehouse Projects
• Strong experience in Planning, Programming and Project Phasing
• Experience delivering projects in Live Operational Environments
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• IT Savvy and comfortable producing project reports and programmes
• Experience working on Amazon projects would be highly advantageous
• A track record of delivering large-scale construction projects
