Job summary

Falcon Green Personnel in Leeds is seeking an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of a major warehouse development for a Tier One contractor. You will drive delivery, ensure safety, maintain programme, and deliver on budget.

Candidates should have a proven track record delivering large-scale industrial projects, strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of project controls and commercial awareness. SMSTS/CSCS qualifications are advantageous.

Job description

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a major Tier One main contractor on a significant warehouse development in Leeds.

This is a high-profile, £20m-£30m project requiring a Project Manager who can take genuine ownership of the programme, drive delivery and lead the project team through to successful completion.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the successful delivery of the project, ensuring it is delivered safely, on programme, to the required quality standards and within budget.

About You

We are looking for a proven Project Manager with experience delivering major construction projects for a main contractor.

Ideally, you will have:

• Strong experience working for a Tier One or major main contractor.
• A proven track record of delivering projects in the £20m+ range.
• Experience delivering large-scale warehouse, logistics, industrial or commercial developments.
• Strong programme management and project leadership skills.
• The confidence and ability to take ownership of a project and drive it forward.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of project controls.
• The ability to lead teams and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a strong focus on delivery.

Relevant construction qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS and a relevant degree/HNC/HND would be advantageous.
