Job summary

Altrad is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from planning through to handover in the UK.

You will drive safety, quality and on-time delivery while managing cost, risk and stakeholder relationships, reporting progress to governance forums and ensuring NEC4 delivery.

Altrad are currently looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join the team.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead projects from planning through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Deliverables:

Key Requirements / Qualifications:

Essential

• Degree qualified in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Significant experience managing major civil engineering or infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing projects through the full lifecycle, from design through to handover.
• Strong knowledge of NEC4 contracts and project delivery.
• Experience managing cost, risk, change and programme.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing contractors and consultants.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and reporting skills.
• Chartered or working towards chartership.
• NEC4 ECC Project Manager accreditation, or willingness to achieve it.

Desirable

• SMSTS or equivalent qualification.
• Experience delivering civil engineering, infrastructure or defence projects.
• APM qualification or equivalent project management experience.
• Experience using contract administration systems such as CEMAR.
