Job summary

Altrad is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead civil infrastructure projects from planning through to handover in the UK.

You will drive safety, quality and on-time delivery while managing cost, risk and stakeholder relationships, reporting progress to governance forums and ensuring NEC4 delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage contractors and consultants.
• Strong communication and reporting to stakeholders and governance.
• Experience with cost, risk, change and programme management.
• NEC4 contracts knowledge and project delivery expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver successful outcomes.
• Promote a strong health and safety culture across projects.
• Manage stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships.
• Manage project scope, cost, schedule, quality and risk throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement and manage contractors and suppliers.
• Ensure projects are delivered within agreed time, cost and performance requirements.
• Monitor project progress and supplier performance.
• Complete regular project, commercial and performance reporting.
• Ensure governance and assurance standards are met.
