The Role
The role is centred around the refurbishment of key developments, requiring a pragmatic and skilled mindset. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This is not just a desk job; it involves significant fieldwork, supporting suppliers and contractors, ensuring that every aspect of the project runs smoothly.

Working Arrangements
Flexibility is a key component of this role. While the expectation is for the candidate to be on-site three days a week, there is a degree of flexibility to accommodate the demands of the project and personal circumstances. This balance ensures that the role remains both challenging and accommodating.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience from a construction and building surveying background. A proven track record in managing refurbishment projects is essential, along with the ability to navigate the complexities of such undertakings. Contract
