Senior Project Manager

6-month initial term, with potential for extension up to 2 years.

Weekly to fortnightly presence required in the West London office.

Up to circa £550 per day inside IR35.

Support a leading housing association by leading the end-to-end implementation of a new Housing Management System (HMS) as part of a larger digital transformation programme. This role requires previous experience of implementing a Housing Management System / HMS such as Northgate, Aareon, MRI, or Civica, with strong stakeholder engagement, risk management, supplier coordination, and time and budget management skills.

Key experience needed:

• Experience of implementing a Housing Management System / HMS such as Northgate, Aareon, MRI, or Civica.
• Dimension modelling.
• Dataverse.
• Datalake.
• Data factory.
• Data pipelines.
• Azure Synapse.
• Development of test scenarios.

Additional experience desired:

This contract role is with a well-established housing association that has been building and maintaining quality homes across London and Southern England for over 70 years. It is a not-for-profit organization.

This position is for 6 months, with potential for extension up to 2 years, offering up to circa £550 per day inside IR35. The role requires 2-4 days a month in the West London office.
