Role Summary

We seek an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee integrated projects, primarily for a leading client in the beauty sector. The role involves managing projects from client briefing to final delivery, ensuring seamless execution, resource alignment, and strategic guidance across cross-functional teams.

Main areas of focus

Collaboration

  • Build relationships within project teams and with global agencies, fostering high performance and effective stakeholder management.

  • Lead triage and ensure creative integrity and project alignment with stakeholders.

Day to Day Project Management

  • Manage schedules, scope, documentation, and resources across multiple channels, using core platforms and tools.

Problem solving & decision making

  • Manage crises, analyze risks, and implement quality assurance protocols.

Commercial Acumen

  • Understand client financial models, manage budgets, and forecast project financials, including resource planning and revenue recognition.

Being professional

  • Maintain high standards of communication, documentation, and team engagement, fostering a positive and proactive work environment.
