Senior Project Manager

Bristol

6-month contract

Paying up to 650p/d (Inside IR35)

We are assisting our client who is looking for an Agile Campaigns & Project Manager with strong experience and a proven track record in campaign management and award through to the Agile / blended methodology delivery of successful complex projects and programmes.

Responsibilities:

• Campaigns delivery from an agile perspective in addition to an understanding of waterfall methodologies
• Setting up governance aligning to agile and waterfall methodologies, creating the road map to delivery
• Providing advice and guidance to the Project teams on the best practice for campaign set up and mobilisation into delivery, coaching members of the team.
• Delivering solutions with a diverse team of both internal resource teams and external supply chains
• Commercial awareness with an understanding of contract and commercial management. Experience of financial management.

Experience required:

• Agile Practitioner, SAFE certification or other qualifications.
• PMQ or PPQ (desirable) or equivalent
• Relationship management - building effective working relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers
• Project Management expertise - especially in requirements capture, risk and financial management
• Coaching and leadership - providing within project teams and across a matrix organisation to direct line reports.
• Communication- ability to identify and implement communication plans, providing effective and timely communication across the business and within the stakeholder community
