Senior Project Manager | Utilimaster | Bristol, IN (Main)

Regular Employee | Salary Exempt

What you'll do:

As the Senior Project Manager for Utilimaster (A Shyft Brand) based in Bristol, IN, you will be accountable for managing projects from planning and budgeting through vehicle launch and maintenance.

You will also focus on or spearheading collaboration across teams and for ensuring that projects align with business goals, timelines, and budgets.

In this role, you will spend approximately 80% of your time in Bristol, IN and 20% in Landisville, PA.

• Project Planning & Execution: Define goals, deliverables, and resource needs while managing project timelines and budgets
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams, stakeholders, and vendors to drive project success
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks, manage scope changes, and develop contingency plans
• Process & Performance Improvement: Assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency and project outcomes
• Reporting & Communication: Deliver project updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership

What you need to be successful:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Eight or more (8+) years of project management experience
• Experience with business process improvements, value stream mapping, and financial metrics
• Versed in managing budgets, creating capital expenditure requests, and implementing process changes
• Self-motivated with strong decision-making and organizational skills
• Ability to travel up 20%
