Location: This position is remote within the United Kingdom.

About Program Delivery

Program Delivery oversees day-to-day project activities, including management of the internal team and client communication. They’re responsible for resourcing and financial reporting across the program. Program Delivery has strategic autonomy and drives decision-making. They are involved from start to finish, acting as the central hub that holds everything together.

Huge is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the Program Delivery team. As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead and deliver development projects and campaign workstreams—covering strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media. You will serve as the primary contact for clients and the project team, playing a pivotal role in the success of the account and ensuring smooth project execution.

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design to technical development and implementation.
• Experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Management or mentorship experience.
• Ability to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget, maintaining quality and integrity.
• Monitoring project risks and scope creep, proactively identifying solutions.
• Identifying client needs and linking solutions to objectives and future requirements.
• Managing client expectations, delivering high-quality service, and acting on feedback.
• Effective communication and documentation of project status and strategic recommendations.
• Proactive approach to opportunities, improvements, and adherence to project management methodologies.
• Experience with agile methodologies is essential.
• Team management, task allocation, and prioritization skills.
• Understanding how to build and manage project teams responsibly and within budget.

What you’ll be doing:

• Planning and prioritizing deliverables and resources across multiple projects with creative, strategy, and tech teams.
• Focusing on goals and solutions, both large and small.
• Serving as the delivery focal point across workstreams while staying updated on daily activities.
• Collaborating closely with all discipline team members.
• Working in programs such as Asana, Jira, and Coda.
• Building strong client relationships as a client-facing project manager.
• Communicating project statuses internally and externally.
• Meeting deliverable requirements, managing changes and risks, and overseeing multiple digital campaigns.
• Ensuring all project timelines are established and communicated to meet launch dates.
