In addition to their strength in Construction Management, they are the Canadian leader in Integrated Project Delivery (IPD). The Senior Project Manager is responsible for all aspects of project management, including systems integration, procurement, scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, and stakeholders. The role involves working closely with the project team and stakeholders, maintaining excellent relationships with subcontractors and clients.
Qualifications:
The salary range for this role is C$145,000 to C$157,000 (£78k-£85k), plus bonuses, share options, benefits, and relocation assistance.
To qualify, candidates must have previous experience delivering projects valued between £10M and £30M from start to finish, demonstrate consistent employment, and meet visa requirements to live and work in Canada. The company will assist with visa costs and provide guidance.
