Job summary

St Leger Homes of Doncaster seeks a Senior Project Manager - Complex Projects to lead major investment, construction, refurbishment, remediation and building safety initiatives. You will drive delivery from inception to completion, ensuring safety, compliance, timeliness and value across a portfolio of high-risk schemes.

As head of the Complex Projects Team, you will mentor the Apprentice Project Manager and Resident Liaison Officer, coordinating internal teams and external partners to achieve

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex construction, refurbishment, remediation or investment projects.
• Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and building safety requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, programmes and risks.
• Proven leadership of small specialist teams.
• Customer-focused approach, especially when works affect residents.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex construction, refurbishment, remediation, investment and building safety projects.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, programmes, risks and performance.
• Act as senior client-side project manager and Contract Administrator under JCT or Project Manager under NEC.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and suppliers to deliver outcomes.
• Provide timely assurance reports to senior managers and governance groups.
• Lead project governance, meetings and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety, building regulations and procurement rules.
• Develop and support the Complex Projects Team.
