Time Recruitment Solutions Limited is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead delivery of major residential and Extra Care developments across Greater Manchester. You will oversee projects from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring on-schedule delivery, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management (or equivalent)
• OND / ONC, HNC or HND in Construction
• SMSTS, CSCS Black Card, First Aid at Work, Fire Marshal Certification

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day management of construction projects valued between £15M and £30M
• Manage residential apartment and Extra Care developments from site establishment through to handover
• Take overall responsibility for programme delivery, quality standards, health and safety compliance, and client satisfaction
• Coordinate and manage all site-based teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with contract requirements and company procedures
