Job summary

Keepmoat Limited in Doncaster is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead surveying on high-risk/complex housing developments across the Yorkshire East region. You will manage budgets from procurement through final account and ensure compliance with company policies.

The role involves cost forecasting, placing orders, producing timely reports, liaising with subcontractors and site teams, and guiding junior staff with support from the Commercial Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience with high-risk/complex housing projects.
• RICS accreditation and relevant degree.
• Strong budgeting and cost control abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set, monitor and deliver budgets for multiple developments.
• Place orders, produce timely reports and forecast materials costs.
• Liaise with subcontractors and site staff to ensure collaboration.
• Mentor/junior team members with guidance from the Commercial Manager.
