You will oversee administrative, operational, and risk activities for high‑value transactions and help shape innovative products and services. Responsibilities include negotiating and drafting finance documents, coordinating with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit, resolving service issues, and driving growth with external partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience handling clients in syndicated loans agency.
• Ability to read, analyse, and interpret LMA documents.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyse, and feedback on negotiation and drafting of finance documents.
• Coordinate with Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Audit to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Resolve client service and control issues, maintaining high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with external parties to structure and close transactions efficiently.
• Execute account administration tasks: cash flow processing, fee billing, reporting, tickler management.
• Evaluate fees for alignment with fee schedules and collections.
• Mentor junior team members in cash flow, fee billing, and reporting.
• Advise on product changes or regulatory developments affecting profitability.
