Job summary

OrangeDoor, part of Unbridled, is seeking an experienced Project Finance professional to safeguard financial health across all project stages. You will partner with Client Services, Event Delivery and Finance to embed best practices and drive commercial decisions.

You will champion Procim-driven processes, maintain robust budgets, and coach project teams on financial controls, reporting and supplier management in a dynamic events environment. Hybrid role in Bromley.

Qualifications

Experience in project finance within a project-based environment.
Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
Experience managing multiple project budgets simultaneously.
Knowledge of VAT requirements and financial controls.

Responsibilities

Maintain accuracy and compliance of project financial data in Procim.
Manage project financial administration and audit trails.
Collaborate with project teams to forecast budgets and identify risks/opportunities.
Improve project finance processes and drive best practices.
Monitor budgets, costs and variances; escalate discrepancies as needed.
Provide financial oversight across project delivery including supplier costs and billing.
Lead continuous improvement of finance reporting and controls.
Support commercial decision-making with financial visibility.
Manage purchase orders, invoices and payments with proper approvals.
Ensure correct allocation of costs to projects and accurate revenue recognition.
