Job summary

Critical Project Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Engineer for a major depot programme in the West Midlands. You will act as the client-side technical lead, coordinating across design and construction, and ensuring clear direction to the Design and Build Contractor.

The role spans from design through to commissioning over a seven-to-nine-year programme, requiring cross-disciplinary coordination, proactive issue resolution, and adherence to NEC3 and CDM standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in project engineering on major infrastructure programmes.
• Experience coordinating design and construction on multi-disciplinary projects.
• Knowledge of NEC3 contract administration and CDM Regulations 2015.

Responsibilities

• Be the contractor's primary technical contact on the programme.
• Coordinate design and construction assurance across depot scope.
• Manage interfaces between depot contracts and wider railway systems.
• Review contractor queries and support issue resolution.
