Job summary

ATA Recruitment is seeking a Senior Project Engineer in Port Sunlight to lead on-site projects across multiple customers. The role covers design, manufacture and installation of process lines, acting as the integrator for whole projects.

You will manage a varied project portfolio and coordinate mechanical, electrical and software design to meet timelines and budgets. The successful candidate will lead client relationships, make commercial decisions and bring a mechanical engineering background,

Qualifications

Experience in running and leading engineering projects.
Mechanical engineering background.
Ability to make commercial decisions.
Ability to build a strong relationship with site customers.
Ideally experience leading projects for food and beverage sectors.

Responsibilities

Lead the client on projects at site, overseeing design, manufacture and installation.
Manage a project portfolio around 250K with individual projects from 5K to 250K.
Coordinate mechanical, electrical and software design for project layouts.
Source mechanical/electrical equipment and manage site installation and delivery.
Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements on site.
