Job summary

ATA Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Site Installation Manager to oversee installation activities across UK customer sites. You will manage on-site operations, coordinate contractor teams up to large scales, and ensure safety and project alignment while working with Project Managers, customers, and engineers.

The role requires frequent UK travel, six-month project cycles, and opportunities to progress into senior installation or project management roles within the group.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering background with experience managing site installations.
• Experience coordinating installation activities across multiple sites.
• Ability to lead large installation teams and travel UK-wide.
• Knowledge of health & safety requirements and CDM.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contractors on site.
• Liaise with Project Managers and monitor progress.
• Ensure installations meet safety and project requirements.
• Lead site meetings and communications.
• Travel across UK sites and manage stays away from home.
• Produce weekly site reports.
• Develop installation resources and reduce contractor reliance.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety procedures.
