Job summary

Hall & Kay in London is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple fire protection and security projects, overseeing a team of managers, engineers, supervisors and subcontractors to deliver complex schemes on time and within budget.

You will drive safe, compliant delivery, manage client relationships, monitor programmes and costs, ensure quality, and collaborate with Commercial, Engineering and Support teams to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Construction/M&E/Building Services.
• Comprehensive senior project management experience in sprinkler industry.
• Leadership experience with ability to develop a team.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects.
• Clear and confident written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects with teams of managers, engineers and subcontractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Oversee line management of project teams and conduct regular reviews on programme, cost and scope.
• Develop client relationships to encourage repeat business and long-term frameworks.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Estimating and Support teams to optimise delivery.
