Job summary

Hall & Kay is seeking a Senior Project Lead to drive multiple construction/ME projects in London. You will manage a team including Operations Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Supervisors, operatives and sub-contractors, delivering projects on time and within budget.

You will oversee the commercial management, develop client relationships, and lead reviews to control programme, cost, quality and safety. A proven delivery track record and strong leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background – degree or equivalent in Construction/M&E/Building Services.
• Comprehensive senior project management experience within the sprinkler industry.
• Leadership experience with ability to develop a team below you.
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and high motivation to meet deadlines.
• Commercial and financial skills; proficient in Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time and within budget while leading a project team.
• Oversee line management of a team delivering works to clients.
• Hold regular reviews to control programme, cost, quality and safety.
• Develop relationships with key clients to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in developing opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Deliver financial targets with support from the Commercial team.
• Lead teams to ensure compliance with Health & Safety, QA and Engineering standards.
• Ensure works meet British Standards and codes of practice.
• Provide technical support to the contract and conduct staff appraisals.
