Hill & Hill Recruitment Ltd in the Midlands seeks a Project Director to lead multiple fire safety, remediation and building fabric projects. You will provide strategic leadership across a portfolio, oversee project managers, contracts managers and site delivery teams, and ensure delivery on programme, budget and quality.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership role (Project Director / Operations Director / Regional Director).
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and large delivery teams.
Strong background in fire safety, remediation, refurbishment, building fabric or specialist construction works.
Excellent commercial and contractual awareness.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across a portfolio of fire safety and building fabric projects.
Oversee Project Managers, Contracts Managers and site delivery teams.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, quality and compliance requirements.
Manage key client and stakeholder relationships.
Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across project delivery.
Work with commercial teams to monitor financial performance and profitability.
Support business development activities and securing repeat business opportunities.
Ensure health, safety and building regulations compliance.
Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Report to senior leadership on project performance and objectives.
