Job summary

Capstone Recruitment UK is representing a leading project management consultancy seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead major commercial developments in London. You will own complex projects from early strategy and design through procurement, construction and handover, with direct exposure to developers and investors.

You will manage high-value schemes, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, and maintain oversight of programme, risk, quality and commercial objectives, becoming a trusted advisor

Qualifications

• Strong construction consultancy / client-side Project Management experience.
• Experience delivering major commercial office developments.
• Experience across new-build, CAT A and/or complex refurbishment projects.
• Full project lifecycle experience from inception through construction and handover.
• Strong design, procurement and construction-stage knowledge.
• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management capability.
• The confidence to lead multidisciplinary teams and take ownership of complex projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of project risk.
• MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or equivalent professional accreditation would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through the full development lifecycle, coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Maintain oversight of programme, risk, quality and commercial objectives.
• Provide strategic advice to clients and drive key project decisions.
• Ensure schemes stay on track from inception through handover.
