Linear Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a high-profile construction business to appoint an experienced Project Director for a £75m student accommodation development in a major city centre.

The role requires leading a multidisciplinary team, aligning design, construction and refurbishment activities, and delivering to programme and budget while maintaining the highest HSE and client-satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects (preferably £50m+).
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams on complex city centre schemes.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Take overall leadership for successful delivery of the £75m development.
• Lead senior project team including PMs, commercial managers and site staff.
• Oversee delivery strategy for new-build and refurbishment elements.
• Maintain programme, budget, quality and HSE performance.
• Manage client relationships at senior level and drive risk management.
