Qualifications

• Senior level experience in office-space and residential developments.
• Proven track record delivering complex office/residential refurbishments.
• Degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and stakeholder management.
• Experience using construction management software and systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of large-scale office and residential refurbishment projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Direct design from RIBA Stage 3 to Stage 6 and ensure buildable, compliant solutions.
• Manage budgets, procurement, subcontract packages, and risk registers.
• Build and oversee on-site teams and coordinate with consultants and clients.
• Maintain health and safety, quality standards, and programme targets.
