Fawkes & Reece Group in Manchester is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead a £50m design and build RC frame student accommodation project.

You will oversee demolition through to completion, manage subcontractors and the site team, chair progress meetings, and ensure health, safety and quality standards are met, reporting to the Operations Director.

Formación

• Background of Site & Project Management within an established main contractor/developer with proven track record of high-rise residential projects.
• Experience delivering student accommodation or comparable multi-occupancy schemes with strong HSEQ focus.
• Educated to BSc/HND level with professional accreditation where applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Lead from demolition to handover on a £50m RC frame student accommodation project in Greater Manchester.
• Manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site team; chair progress meetings with client and stakeholders.
• Oversee programme, cost control and safety/quality standards to meet project goals.
• Report to visiting Operations Director and ensure consistency with company practices.

Are you an experienced Senior Project Manager looking to join a highly reputable build contractor & developer to take the lead on a £50m design & build RC frame student accommodation project in Greater Manchester?

An exciting opportunity to join a fast growing reputable developer on a brand new student accommodation high rise development in Greater Manchester. you will take the lead from demolition to full on 2 block reinforced concrete frame build. Reporting in to a visiting Operations Director, you will be responsible for the management of subcontractors and multi-disciplinary site team, chairing subcontractor & client progress meetings, programme & budget delivering along with ensuring high standards of health & safety and quality.

The company are a multi-disciplinary principal contractor with a solid track record of delivering high quality design and build projects across the commercial, residential & education sector with typical project values between £10m and £60m. This is a fast-growing regional business with an impressive pipeline of projects that can offer excellent career development opportunities.

Experience / Qualifications Required:

• Background of Site & Project Management within an established main contractor developer with proven track record of managing high rise residential, multiple occupancy builds, student accommodation etc.
• Academically Qualified either BSc Construction Management / HND Building / Built Environment, CIOB or similar and relevant industry tickets and certificates.
• Track record of the delivery of high standards and behaviours in HSEQ
• Excellent planning & time management skills with the ability to think ahead & manage risk.

Salary & Package on offer:

• Base £80,000 - £90,000
