Job summary

Fawkes & Reece Group in Leeds is seeking a Senior Design Manager to lead design management on a £150m high-rise student accommodation and commercial offices project in the city centre.

You will report to the Design Director, work in a hybrid role, and guide delivery teams to meet strict programmes while maintaining high quality standards.

The position offers the chance to progress with a well-established main contractor and contribute to landmark developments.

Qualifications

• Experience in design management for large main contractor projects.
• Strong people management and leadership skills to drive design delivery.
• Excellent planning and time management to meet tight build programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead design management on the project and report to the Design Director.
• Coordinate and lead multi-disciplinary design teams to deliver documentation on time.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, compliant design outputs in line with client expectations.
