Job summary

FindCore are assisting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Project Director / Associate Director for residential and student accommodation projects in London. This permanent role focuses on delivering from feasibility and planning through to construction, completion and handover.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree in PM/Construction/Engineering.
• Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB, ICE preferred.
• Experience leading residential construction projects in consultancy or client-side.
• Experience delivering new-build developments incl. student accommodation.
• Experience taking projects through the building safety gateway process.

Responsibilities

• Lead new-build residential and student accommodation projects from feasibility to handover.
• Own project delivery with accountability for programmes, budgets, quality and risk.
• Coordinate the building safety gateway process with clients and consultants.
• Review and translate specialist reports into actionable delivery plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams resolving delivery challenges.
• Provide senior client-facing leadership and reporting.
• Develop delivery strategies, procurement plans, programmes and budgets.
• Oversee governance, contracts, change control and risk management.
• Chair project meetings and communicate with all stakeholders.
• Provide senior leadership and proactive solutions.
