Base pay range

We’re looking for a high-performing project delivery professional to lead a major digital initiative – the Connectivity Tool – helping shape how we deliver digital services across government.

In this senior role, you’ll manage a cross-functional team of data analysts, policy specialists, digital experts, and suppliers. You’ll drive delivery in a fast-paced environment, ensuring our work meets Government Digital Service (GDS) standards and delivers real, measurable impact.

We’re after someone with:

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower teams
• Confidence in engaging technical and non-technical stakeholders alike
• A commitment to inclusion, collaboration, and continuous improvement

You’ll be key to shaping delivery strategy, managing suppliers and contracts, and steering projects through governance – all while creating a culture where ideas are shared, voices are heard, and outcomes matter.
