The Digital Engineering team, part of our Integrate pillar, is responsible for building world-class, enterprise-grade digital applications for high-profile brands. Joining the Digital Engineering team means working as part of a cross-functional, product-style team, typically consisting of a Business Analyst, Scrum Master / Project Manager, Solution Architect, Lead Developers (FE and BE), Developers, and Testers (Manual and Automated).

Responsibilities:

1. Accountable for the output of multiple SCRUM and digital delivery teams.
2. Ownership and creation of overall roadmaps and project plans for multiple programme teams, supporting teams and clients in managing these plans.
3. Ensure coordination across multiple teams and projects to deliver the digital programme.
4. Champion and mentor Scrum Masters and Digital Project Managers in agile and project management methodologies.
5. Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and Product Owners, establishing feedback mechanisms to capture and act on customer feedback.
6. Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Digital Project Managers, programme managers, and product owners to implement digital solutions and realize business benefits.
7. Ensure goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and team performance are met.
8. Address obstructions and blockers to project implementation.
9. Implement and manage changes to achieve project objectives.
10. Focus on performance improvement and process optimization for maximum productivity.
11. Manage resource utilization within their programme.
12. Collaborate with third-party agencies for successful delivery.
13. Support the account team and clients in producing estimates for future work.
14. Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities for programmes.
15. Work closely with business analysts and clients on sprint dependencies and requirements.
16. Produce accurate status reports and identify potential risks.
17. Report to senior client stakeholders on progress and status.

• Expert resource management and team leadership skills.
• Experience managing digital/technology programmes and projects.
• Experience working in multi-disciplinary environments with high-profile stakeholders and suppliers.
• Strong knowledge of Project Management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Prince2.
