The Digital Engineering team, part of our Integrate pillar, is responsible for building world-class, enterprise-grade digital applications for high-profile brands. Joining the Digital Engineering team means working as part of a cross-functional, product-style team, typically including a Business Analyst, Scrum Master / Project Manager, Solution Architect, Lead Developers (FE and BE), Developers, and Testers (Manual and Automated).

Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the output of multiple SCRUM and digital delivery teams.
- Ownership and creation of overall roadmaps and project plans for multiple programs, supporting teams and clients in managing these roadmaps.
- Ensure the work undertaken across multiple teams and projects aligns to deliver the digital program.
- Mentor Scrum Masters and Digital Project Managers in agile and project management methods.
- Facilitate effective communication with stakeholders and Product Owners, including feedback mechanisms and action plans for improvements.
- Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Project Managers, and Product Owners to ensure successful implementation of digital solutions and realization of business benefits.
- Ensure goals related to customer satisfaction, quality, and team performance are met.
- Address obstructions and blockers to project progress.
- Implement and manage changes to achieve project goals.
- Focus on performance improvement and process optimization.
- Manage resource utilization within the program.
- Coordinate with third-party agencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Support in producing estimates for future work and high-level effort assessments.
- Develop and control deadlines, budgets, and activities.
- Work closely with business analysts and client product owners on dependencies and requirements.
- Produce status reports and highlight risks to ensure timely delivery.
- Report to senior client stakeholders on progress and status.
Requirements:
- Strong resource management skills, with the ability to lead, set objectives, prioritize, mitigate risks, and report effectively.
- Experience managing digital/technology programs and projects.
- Experience working in a multi-disciplinary environment with high-profile stakeholders and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Project Management methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Prince2.
- Successful track record delivering large-scale, multi-team projects and programs.
- Ability to lead diverse teams through direct and matrix management.
- Deep knowledge of agile practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and support teams.
- Skilled in producing clear reports and recommendations.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers for project success.
- Ability to interpret risks and opportunities in complex technical environments.
