Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company LLC is recruiting for a Project Controls Manager based at the Springfields Fuel site near Preston. You will provide expert project controls support across decommissioning and capital investment projects, overseeing planning, scheduling, risk management, governance and reporting to meet regulatory and client requirements.

You will report to the Head of Project Controls or Programme Manager.

Qualifications

Experience in project controls within complex programmes or projects.
Experience with project planning and scheduling techniques.
Working knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP Project Systems (PS).
Knowledge of project risk management and quantitative risk analysis.
Understanding of capital investment (CAPEX) project delivery and stage-gate governance.

Responsibilities

Manage department personnel and foster a safe, productive team environment.
Develop, maintain, and optimise project schedules; monitor progress and risks.
Maintain project risk registers and perform quantitative risk analysis.
Utilise risk tools including Pertmaster, ARM, and KBR methodologies.
Prepare and deliver monthly project performance reporting and governance outputs.
Provide SAP PS based project cost and performance management support.
Engage with NDA and other external partners; ensure SSAL compliance.
Develop relationships with project managers, teams, regulators, and leadership.
