• Engineering qualification with management experience in maintenance.
• Valid certifications in health, safety or engineering design.
• Experience using CMMS for asset management and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the maintenance team to ensure safe, reliable operations.
• Develop and implement planned preventive maintenance strategies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets, spares, and external contractors.
• Drive continuous improvement and reliability-focused maintenance practices.
• Support capital projects, equipment upgrades and commissioning.
