Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking Senior/Associate Projects Controls Manager to join our Advisory and Programme Delivery unit in the UK. The role spans planning, cost, risk and reporting across major construction and infrastructure projects, with regular client-site travel and a hybrid working policy.

You will lead on governance, assurance and performance management, developing integrated controls frameworks and guiding project teams to successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience across planning, cost and risk management within project controls.
• Ability to develop and maintain project schedules aligned with requirements.
• Proven ability to deliver governance, assurance and performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide integrated project controls across major construction and infrastructure projects.
• Strengthen governance and improve project outcomes through monitoring and reporting.
• Travel to client sites typically 2–3 days per week, with overnight stays as required.
