Job summary

Mott MacDonald is seeking PMO professionals with broad PCM capability to support major construction and infrastructure projects. The role involves planning, cost and risk management, and integrated project controls across complex programmes.

You will work in a hybrid policy with travel to client sites 2–3 days per week, delivering governance and performance improvements while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree level or higher and/or project controls qualification.
• Experience across planning, cost, risk, health & safety, and quality.
• Proven application of project controls in consultancy, engineering or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with requirements.
• Apply project controls to improve governance, assurance and performance.
• Provide cost, risk and performance reporting across projects.
• Support client governance and drive proactive mitigation actions.
• Coordinate across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver project outcomes.
