Job summary

HS2 Ltd is seeking a Senior Project Controls professional in the UK to lead the development and maintenance of the project baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality. The role provides strategic insights, trends analysis and governance support to ensure changes are assessed and managed effectively.

The successful candidate will coordinate controls activities across the supply chain, manage risks, drive data-driven decision making, and lead a team while upholding HS2 values and promoting

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality.
• Analyse data and reports to provide insights and trends for decision making.
• Coordinate change management and governance to manage baseline impacts.
• Lead and mentor project controls teams within the supply chain.
• Promote and embed Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI).

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality and track performance.
• Coordinate and support project controls activities within the supply chain to assure data accuracy.
• Analyse data and reports to provide insights and trends for decision making.
• Manage periodic correlation of schedule, cost, quality and risk to drive programme delivery.
• Review supply chain programme submissions and update client schedules.
• Manage risks for HS2 Programme development areas, leveraging SME advice.
• Coordinate change management and ensure baseline impacts are assessed and managed.
• Oversee Period reporting cycle and share lessons and best practice within Project Controls.
• Ensure adherence with PMO and Project Controls policies and standards.
