Job summary

HS2 Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Project Controls Manager to develop the baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality for a HS2 Programme area, analysing performance against the baseline to support decisions.

Base salary £50,119 to £58,963 per year, plus a 20% flexible benefits fund on top of base salary, fully pensionable, and a range of additional benefits. The role involves governance, change management, data analysis, and coordination with supply chains.

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls on projects/programmes.
• Experience in core project controls functions including baseline maintenance, schedule management, cost performance, change management, risk management and reporting.
• Experience with project controls systems and governance forums.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain an integrated baseline across scope, time, cost, risk and quality.
• Support controls governance and change management processes.
• Analyse data and provide insights and trends to support decision making.
• Coordinate period reporting and ensure adherence to PMO policies.
• Provide line management support to direct reports and promote inclusion.
