Job summary

Leonardo UK Ltd in Edinburgh is seeking an experienced Principal Project Controller to join the Bids and Proposals team within CS3. This high‑visibility role spans the entire project lifecycle, driving best practices in planning, scheduling and controls while collaborating with cross‑functional teams up to VP level.

The position is hybrid with a minimum of two days on‑site. You will develop WBS, run Primavera P6 schedules, perform schedule risk analysis and support reviews across bids and

Qualifications

• Experience in project controls/planning across complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of AGILE practices within project delivery.
• Experience with WBS development and schedule governance.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop the Work Breakdown Structure with project/bid managers and stakeholders.
• Facilitate planning workshops with work package owners and contributors.
• Create and maintain Primavera P6 schedules with activities, milestones and calendars.
• Produce schedule extracts and visuals for reviews and governance.
• Conduct Schedule Risk Analysis as required by project scale and risk.
