Job summary

Turner & Townsend seeks enthusiastic, proactive individuals to join our Programme Advisory team in Leeds. You will engage as a Sponsor in major infrastructure programmes, driving strategic direction and accountability across delivery, funding, and benefits realisation.

You will lead engagements with clients and stakeholders, shape governance and compliance, and contribute to the growth of our Programme Set Up capabilities within a multi-disciplinary environment.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership defining vision, objectives and success criteria.
• Stakeholder management across complex internal and external landscapes.
• Funding and business case ownership including approvals and value realisation.
• Translate strategic needs into clearly defined scope and requirements.
• Regulation and compliance governance across frameworks and policies.
• Risk, issues and change oversight with informed mitigations.
• Identify and deliver efficiencies to improve affordability and outcomes.
• Leadership and sponsorship culture fostering high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Occupying client or service roles involving Sponsorship and/or Strategic Requirements.
• Managing client relationships.
• Identifying and realising business development opportunities.
• Leading or contributing towards the preparation of bid proposals or managing key bids.
• Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as developing programme integration products and methodologies.
