Job summary

Turner & Townsend is looking for proactive individuals to join the Programme Advisory team in sponsor roles for major infrastructure projects. You will help set strategic direction, drive governance and secure funding while coordinating across portfolios and stakeholders.

The role offers opportunities to influence programme setup and development, with emphasis on delivering benefits and value for clients in a rigorous, compliant environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sponsorship role for large-scale infrastructure or capital delivery projects.
• Ability to define strategic direction and governance across programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record in securing funding and delivering business cases.
• Experience navigating regulatory, political and environmental constraints.
• Leadership experience across multidisciplinary teams and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Occupying client or service roles involving Sponsorship and/or Strategic Requirements.
• Managing client relationships and identifying opportunities.
• Leading or contributing towards bid proposals and managing key bids.
• Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as the development of programme integration products and methodologies.
• Ensuring governance, assurance and compliance with industry standards and company policies.
