Turner & Townsend is seeking enthusiastic professionals to join our Programme Advisory team in the UK. You will sponsor major projects, shape strategic direction, and ensure delivery aligns with client objectives across infrastructure and portfolios.

The role emphasizes governance, risk management, and business-case ownership, working with senior stakeholders to realise benefits while driving value and efficiency across programmes.

Qualifications

• Define and champion the vision, objectives and success criteria for projects, programmes or portfolios, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with a wide range of stakeholders across complex landscapes.
• Help clients secure project funding, develop and oversee business cases and ensure value for money.

Responsibilities

• Occupying client or service roles involving Sponsorship and/or Strategic Requirements.
• Managing client relationships and identifying business development opportunities.
• Leading or contributing towards bid proposals or managing key bids.
• Leading internal initiatives within the Programme Advisory team, such as developing programme integration products and methodologies.
