Job summary

Anglian Water Services is seeking a Programme Manager to lead capital maintenance, S101A and water recycling initiatives across East Anglia. Hybrid working with a salary around £80,000 plus car allowance and experience-based progression.

You will manage multiple programmes, report to governance groups, and optimise value while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role requires engineering or related degree qualification and extensive construction/operational management experience, with

Qualifications

• Engineering, Quantity Surveyor or similar degree qualification.
• Multi-disciplined construction experience across projects.
• Proven commercial, contractual and HR management skills.
• Track record of strong client relationships and safe delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee multiple project executions to meet cost, time and quality targets.
• Report into governance groups on programme performance and benefits.
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation actions for programmes.
• Coordinate with client, supply chain and stakeholders to secure delivery.
• Develop business cases and track outcomes for strategic initiatives.
