Job summary

Anglian Water is looking for a Project Engineer – Maintenance Delivery to support capital programmes across Water Supply assets. You will coordinate delivery, ensure CDM compliance, and work with operations, delivery teams and stakeholders to drive efficient project execution.

The role requires an appropriate engineering qualification, knowledge of H&S/CDM regulations, strong IT literacy, and experience managing capital budgets. Hybrid 2/3 on-site, 2/3 from home, with travel across the region.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical) is required.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations is essential.
• Strong IT literacy and commercial acumen are expected.
• Experience managing a capital budget and resource planning is required.
• Experience in water/wastewater environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Capital Maintenance Delivery: support end-to-end capital delivery to maximise risk reduction and value.
• Programme Delivery: coordinate and support regional maintenance programmes with data accuracy.
• Stakeholder Engagement: engage stakeholders and ensure data accuracy and efficiency metrics.
• Health and Safety: comply with H&S requirements, conduct audits, and produce CDM documentation.
• Safer Every Day: promote continuous improvement in H&S standards.
