Job summary

Anglian Water is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Maintenance Delivery team. You will coordinate capital project delivery, ensure CDM compliance, and work with operations, delivery teams and stakeholders to drive efficient execution.

The role offers hybrid working (2/3 on-site, 2/3 from home) across Rutland and neighbouring regions, with travel across the area, a salary in the £47k-£52k band plus car allowance, and a 37-hour week with scope for part-time flexibility.

Qualifications

Engineering degree in a relevant field.
Knowledge of Health & Safety and CDM regulations.
Strong IT literacy and commercial acumen.
Experience managing a capital budget and resource planning.
Experience within the water or wastewater environment is desirable.

Responsibilities

Capital Maintenance Delivery: support end-to-end capital delivery with risk reduction.
Programme Delivery: coordinate regional maintenance programmes and monthly reporting.
Stakeholder Engagement: engage with stakeholders and ensure accurate project data.
Health and Safety: comply with site H&S, audits, and CDM documentation.
Safer Every Day: drive continuous improvement in Health & Safety standards.
