Job summary

Central London Community Healthcare is recruiting a Senior Programme Manager to lead the Proactive Care service mobilisation across South and West Hertfordshire. The role reports to the Deputy Director of Operations and works with senior clinical leads and partner organisations to deliver the Neighbourhood Health Service ambition.

You will coordinate recruitment, IM&T, governance and pathway documentation, ensuring effective delivery within the established mobilisation plan.

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level or equivalent professional qualification.
• Prince 2 Practitioner or equivalent.
• Evidence of recent and on-going personal development activity.
• Experience of managing complex programmes in the public sector/NHS.

Responsibilities

• Lead mobilisation and delivery of Proactive Care across South and West Hertfordshire.
• Coordinate recruitment and workforce mobilisation.
• Establish information management and technology (IM&T) and reporting arrangements.
• Develop pathway documentation and establish governance processes.
• Engage senior leads and partner organisations across CLCH and wider health system.
